I’m Kiran Kumbhagiri — founder and Chief Executive of Vasitva Group, including Vasitva Business Corporate Learning and Publishing. As a business leader, coach, and aspiring social entrepreneur, I’ve dedicated my journey to empowering individuals and building organizations that reflect purpose, innovation, and human-centered values.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and development. From coaching professionals to guiding high-growth organizations, I believe true leadership begins with self-awareness and grows through service to others.

Inspired by visionaries like Sri Ratan Tata, I focus on long-term, meaningful change — not just success in business, but significance in life. I lead with the belief that collaboration, ethics, and resilience can shape stronger communities and more impactful enterprises.
My Mission
To create identity, purpose, and security within my communities by building platforms that empower individuals, nurture leadership, and foster a sense of belonging. I aim to help people unlock their potential and grow into confident, capable leaders who contribute to something greater than themselves.
My Background
I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Malla Reddy Engineering College, where I developed a strong technical foundation and problem-solving mindset. My entrepreneurial training at IIM Bangalore further shaped my strategic approach to business, blending innovation with purpose.
Over the years, I’ve earned multiple certifications across corporate strategy, leadership, finance, and personal development — all fueling my ability to lead and coach effectively in today’s complex and fast-moving world.
In addition to my executive role at Vasitva, I also serve as Director of Vasitva Business Publishing, where we produce thought-provoking content to support professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders in their journey of growth.
